    In the event that you wish to cancel your booking with PLAN B Transport we will require notification in writing as per the below conditions. Should you fail to do so the following cancellation fees will apply:

    Cancellation Notification and Fees: Local School Sports/Transfers - SCHOOLS ONLY

    School Bus Cancellations are required 24 hours prior to the pickup date.

    If coaches/buses arrive onsite at the pickup location/boarding point and are not required (have not been cancelled prior) the full amount will be invoiced as per the booking. Again, must be notified via email: info@planbtransport.com.au

    SCHOOL CAMP CANCELLATIONS -

    Please note all camp bookings are final. Once you have made the booking then your date is secured for that period.

    You have up to 24 hours to cancel any camp bookings.

    Should cancellation be made after the 24 hour booking policy then all funds paid towards the camp will not be refunded. We will agree to a certain amount to be credited towards your school, however please note school camps are in high demand and once you have placed and secured a date it means other schools cannot book that date and go to another company which means our company then is left with nothing.

    Once you have paid for your school camp you have a 24 hour cooling off period to cancel it with full refund, however the booking is made and the 24 hour cooling off period has passed then we reserve the right to a non refund policy.

    Cancellation Notification and Fees - All Day Hire / PRIVATE / CORPORATE

    5 Day cancellation requests are required for all corporate or long distance charter bookings.
    All cancellation requests must be made via email to info@planbtransport.com.au

    If coaches/buses arrive onsite at the pickup location/boarding point and are not required (have not been cancelled prior) the full amount will be invoiced as per the booking. Again, must be notified via email: info@planbtransport.com.au

    In addition to the above cancellation fees, any associated costs incurred by Plan B Transport will be added to your invoice, should we be unable to obtain a refund from our suppliers. These costs may include; accommodation, barge fares and venues, boat hire or else that  that were required to secure your booking or from third party suppliers.

    Late Return Fees will apply in the event that a chartered bus returns later than the time specified by the school upon booking. When booking the return pickup time please ensure that you are ready to leave the location upon the return time pickup. Should the bus be delayed due to any fault of the school then the school will be charged a return late time fee of $50.00 including GST for lateness up to 20 minutes.

    A further fee of $25.00 including GST will then apply for every 15-minute increment thereafter. Any Late Return fees incurred will be notified to the school in writing via email following the charter and will appear as a line item on the final invoice issued to the school.
